Equestrian Influencers – Top 5 Equestrian Influencers on Facebook
Besides me (http://www.facebook.com/ThistleRidgeSkillBuilders)
In 5th place – IotaMc Hippus
In his “About” Section he says,
” Be who you are – everyone else is already taken. Come and snark with me as I start my career as a cultural icon and pet therapist.”
His Biography is very simple as you can see:
“I was born a small foal and grew. The I studied to become a therapy horse. I passed the test and now I’m looking to find some places to visit!
What I like about Iotamc Hippus is his daily posts. They are funny, though provoking and they make me smile. Take for example a resent post:
“The Lady’s in Chicago. Coho has an abscesses hoof. The grass is brown and brittle. And there’s a spider in my bucket. Happy freaking Monday.”
” I love all of you on this page, except for those who don’t have pet unicorns.”
His posts are fun and keep me interested. I often wonder What is IotaMc Hippus going to post today?

Wow. I can’t believe you picked me! I love it! Often I’m just stuck in my stall with my battered laptop ruminating (figuratively — what am I – a COW?) about how to help people stuck looking at THEIR screens in THEIR stalls crack a smile. I LOVE it when I make a break-through. My fans are the rocking-awesomest. They love snark, love to hear the truth and sometimes even help me help needy horses. Ain’t it grand?
I leave you with this:
If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to see it, do the other
trees make fun of it?

Thank you, Thistle Ridge, for this great listing and your explanations. I already followed all but one of these (and ALL soon), and very much agree with what you have to say. We have such talent in the equine community! Appreciate you taking the time to recognize these folks for their efforts.
Thank you Valerie. Getting valuable information from these high profile FB pages is fun AND informative. I agree we have talent in the equine community which we should promote and enhance and help ourselves.
